It will have a parallel electric hybrid power train.it will have an adaptive multiblade propeller optimized for performance and noise reduction. It l will employ a retractable landing gear system.

 

 VoltAero’s European  Fractional Ownership Program

 

VoltAero has launched a European fractional ownership program for its Cassio 330 electric hybrid aircraft. The company accepted initial expressions of interest for its cassio electric-hybrid. At last month’s EBACE in Geneva. Cassio will open a new sustainable air transport in Europe with on-demand flight services for those who join the fractional share ownership program.

Fractional ownership is the percentage ownership of an assetFractional ownership shares in the asset is sold to individual shareholders who share the benefits of the asset such as user rights, income sharing, priority access, and reduced rates. This type of investment split is common in the purchase of expensive assets such as vacation homes, luxury vehicles, and aircraft. The Cassio 330 is the first in a trio of hybrid-powered aircraft proposed by the French company, the program will spread to its yet undeveloped six-seater Cassio 480 and the twelve-seater Cassio 600

 

Cassio electric-hybrid aircraft will be produced in France at a purpose-built final assembly plant in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region in the southwest of the country this fractional ownership program will not only bring in early customers but will also bring in revenues for quick development of the Casso 480 and Cassio 600 series of the aircraft. The start-up does not plan to obtain an air operator certificate, but to partner with European operators that will fly the aircraft on behalf of the shareowners.
