In response to these aviation changes due to high demand and low supply of air freighters now, carriers could plan for the medium to short-term opportunities to boost their cargo business. Airlines can increase their flexibility by converting passenger aircraft to freighters especially as their fleets decrease. Increasing freighters should be done in an agile method as part of a flexible setup. This has arisen from aviation changes due to COVID-19.
